Mystery New Skincare Project
Overview
SiX has been tasked with recruiting 51 female brand ambassadors, aged 25 – 55, and based all over the UK. Our ambassadors are taking part in a two phase campaign, the first stage will see them trial the products themselves over a four week period, the second stage will see them spread the word about the products to their on and offline social networks.
Campaign Length
6 weeks (April/May 2009)
Phase 1 - Trial
Our brand ambassadors will be issued with a pack containing unbranded samples of the product range and details of the skincare regime. They will be asked to test the products over a four-week period. They will be asked to fill in a brief questionnaire and submit a photo of their face each week so we can see how they’re getting on. After the four week trial we’ll check in and see what they thought of the product. If they liked it and they would happily recommend it they will proceed to phase 2.
Phase 2 - Spreading the Word
The final two weeks of the activity will see our brand ambassadors telling their on and offline communities about the product. They will be provided with additional samples to distribute and they will be upfront and open about the fact that they are working us at all times as they tell their friends, colleagues and acquaintances about the product.
Once the project has been completed they will each be sent a voucher to thank them for their time.
